For our made-to-order items time is needed to create a quality product. We require up to 14 business days for processing time. If you ordered a made-to-order item that you need within 7 days, you can speed up your processing time by selecting our expedited processing fee at checkout, which cost $60.00 for domestic orders and $100.00 for international. Vintage and One-of-Kind pieces do not need processing time and ship within 2-3 days of purchase.

Serendipitous Project pieces are handmade with love. Our items are built to last, however we do work with some fragile materials*. We ask that you handle our pieces with care. Please avoid excessive dropping, improperly transporting or storing your pieces. (* especially our items made with porcelain and seashells)-We also suggest storing your item in a cool, dry, place to reduce the likelihood of tarnishing.
